    Description:
    The Model 5508 DC Block is an extremely broadband, coaxial blocking capacitor. Due to the coaxial construction, excellent microwave performance and very fast risetime responses are achieved. It offers a -3 dB bandwidth in excess of 26 GHz and a risetime faster than 8 ps. This DC Block has a large capacitance value of 2.2 uF which provides a -3 dB low frequency cutoff of 0.7 kHz.
